Lindsey Kondritz

Director of Operations

Lindsey is the Director of Operations for Oakley Capital and brings with her over 15 years of experience in operations and management. Although her focus at Oakley Capital is working with new clients, she also plays the role of office manager, and offers team guidance. Lindsey prides herself on superior customer service and leaves clients with a positive and lasting impression. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two German Shorthaired Pointers. Lindsey graduated from the University of North Alabama with a major in Human Environmental Sciences and a minor in Marketing.

Lisa Heifner-Hobson

Director of Accounting

Lisa Heifner-Hobson fills the role as Director of Accounting. She has a wide array of experience in Accounting, US Based Tax, and International Tax. The last three years she has focused on accounting in the housing industry. Lisa graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with an Accounting degree. Outside of the office Lisa enjoys traveling, new culinary experiences, and cycling.

Ashley Burnette

Property Manager

Ashley Burnette joined SPMG as a Property Manager. Ashley was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. She previously managed a 650 slip marina and built the computer software from the ground up. Ashley prides herself in superior customer service and finding solutions to complex problems. Ashley currently resides in Dunlap, TN with her husband and 4 children.

Tim Atwood

Property Manager

Tim Atwood joined the SPMG team in the role of property manager. Tim was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. He attended Bryan University graduating with a degree in business management. He helped build one of the largest landscape companies in the area for over 15 years before joining Chattanooga Logistics as a FedEx contractor. To pursue his ultimate goal of helping children succeed, he became a youth life coach and in 2016 joined with a local school for special needs children to develop both a life skills curriculum and a new sports program.
He recently moved to a farm in Englewood, TN. In his off time, he loves spending time with his wife and 3 sons while learning how to build a self sustainable farm. He also loves fitness and anything outdoors.

Tera McAlpin

Property Manager

Tera McAlpin joined the SPMG team as a property manager. Tera graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is an entrepreneur who has built and sold multiple businesses. Tera also has a background in owning her own rentals as well as managing rentals for locals. She enjoys spending time with her family and always looking for the next adventure.

Sarah Patic

Investor Relations & Executive Assistant

Sarah Patic is executive assistant to Barrett Oakley with over 5 years expertise in real estate, property management, and customer service. She specializes in a variety of real estate and property management services. Throughout her career, she has developed a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service to every client. She’s organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, all while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism. In her free time, she loves cooking and baking while spending quality time with her 3 sons.

Jessi Mayo

Jessi brings experience as a realtor and an educational background in Business Management. For Oakley Capital, she performs market analysis, property valuations, provides guidance on Fair Housing law, and works closely with lending institutions, attorneys, inspectors, insurance providers, and other due diligence service providers. When she’s out of the office, she loves to travel with her husband, 3 children, and their pets.
